NZ$6.90

The nRF24L01+ is a 2.4GHz wireless transceiver that gives two microcontrollers a direct radio link with no Wi-Fi network or subscription involved.

Specifications

  • 2.4GHz ISM band, 125 selectable channels
  • Data rates 250kbps, 1Mbps and 2Mbps
  • Range roughly 50-100m indoors
  • SPI interface
  • 3.3V only — 5V will destroy it
  • Very low current in standby

What you can build with the nRF24L01+ 2.4GHz Wireless Transceiver

  • Remote controls and telemetry between boards
  • Sensor networks across a house or shed
  • Robot and drone control links
  • Battery-powered wireless buttons

Compatibility

Works with Arduino, ESP32, Pico and Raspberry Pi using the RF24 library. Strictly 3.3V for power — the logic pins tolerate 5V but the supply pin does not, and this kills more modules than anything else. A 10µF capacitor across the supply fixes most flaky links.

Shipping

Dispatched from New Zealand with courier delivery nationwide, including rural addresses. Prices are in New Zealand dollars.
