  • Order and purchase history: the products you order, quantities, prices, delivery method and order status.
  • Communications: messages you send us through the contact page, email, or customer support, including their content and any attachments.
  • Technical and usage data: your IP address, browser type and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools as described below.

Your information is stored on secure servers, which may be located outside New Zealand; where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive an adequate level of protection. We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including order history for accounting and tax purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Your Rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. To make a request, email legal@geeker.co.nz. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can remove it.

International Visitors

Our store is operated from, and primarily serves customers in, New Zealand. If you access the website from outside New Zealand, your information will still be collected, stored and processed as described in this policy.
